The History of Peppers

The Partnership of Rick Patterson, Mike Hofacket and Mark Schultze formed when they purchased Southside Market in 1992 from Von Rue Crawford. "It was a privilege to purchase a local landmark business like Southside Market. Mr. Crawford had made that a very special and unique business", mentions Mark Schultze. In 1994, the trio formed a limited partnership along with local investors to form what is now Peppers and Peppers Plaza.
